Program Details

Writing Great Email covers the whys and how to’s for this popular method of communicating. Learners will recognize when to—and not to—use email, why correctness is just as important in email as any other business document, and the peculiarities of electronic mail that may help or hurt their message hit its target. 

Writers learn the importance of:

  • Correct grammar, punctuation and sentence structure in emails.
  • Precise subject lines.
  • Sticking to only one topic in each email.
  • Avoiding the “flicker factor.”
